Vitamin C is one of the safest and most important nutrients .This super nutrients is found in a variety of fruits and vegetables.
The food richest in
vitamins C are Citrus fruits, Green peppers, Strawberries, Tomatoes and
broccoli. Other good sources includes dark leafy greens, Papaya, Watermelon,
Respberries, Blueberries and Pineapples.
Our body needs vitamins

you can add to your diet for strong immunity.
1. Lemon Water
Ingredients
1 glass luke warm
water
1 slice of Fresh
Lemon
½ tablespoon Raw
Honey
4-5 fresh Mint
Leaves
Salt (Optional)
Drinking Lemon water any
time is helpful. However, drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the
morning can do wonders for your immunity.
To make lemon water,
squeeze half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water, add a ½ tablespoon of raw honey
and salt as per your taste. You can also add mint leaves as mint is a calming
and soothing herb that soothes the stomach and skin inflammation
When combined, these
ingredients it provides a refreshing & hydrating drink which naturally
detoxify your body & skin
2. Carrot
beetroot Juice
Ingredients
½ cup water (take
as per your requirement)
1 Beetroot
2 carrot
1 apple
¼ inch ginger
1 slice of Fresh
Lemon
To prepare this juice take
1 beetroot,2 carrot, 1 apple and ¼ inch ginger, Clean the ingredients well in
the water than peel and cut them into
small pieces and transfer it to a Jar. Pour ½ cup water and blend it well in
the blender until smooth. Strain the juice in a glass and Discard the pulp,
squeeze lemon over it and enjoy the drink.
Beetroot, Carrot and apple
juice can boost your immunity. Apart from immunity, these will help your skin
glow and provide you with other health benefits. It will help in improving your
digestion & stimulate the metabolic system. This drink detoxifies the vital
organs & purifies the blood. It also helps in increasing the production of
red blood cells and haemoglobin level.
3. Strawberries Juice
Ingredients
1 cup ripe strawberries
1apple
½ tablespoon
sugar
1cup water
2 ice cubes
3 mint leaves for
garnishing (optional)

are great for your immune system because they are great sources of vitamin C.
Strawberry juice is considered a possibly low- Calories weight loss food that
can also deliver a concentrated burst of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to
the body.
Strawberry juice may
include its ability to support skin health, strengthen the immune system, lower
blood pressure, boost circulation, optimize the metabolism and so on.
It is very easy to make
strawberry juice at home. To prepare this juice take 1 cup of copped strawberries,
1chopped apple, ½ tablespoon sugar add all the ingredients in the blender &
blend it. Serve it immediately with ice
cubes.
4. Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
1 large sized Avocado
1 Banana
½ cup Almond Milk ( or any other, depends on
how thick you like it)
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract- (optional)
Avocados are great source
of vitamin A, C, E, K and B6. They also provide Lutein, beta- Carotene and
Omega-3 fatty acids. It is Rich in nutrients and antioxidants which not only
strengthen the immune system, but also keep vital organs healthy.
To prepare this smoothie,
cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp put the pulp of the avocado in a blender
( you can add any other chopped fruit like banana, kiwi, blueberries or
pineapple if needed) add ½ table spoon sugar or honey and lastly add milk and
blend.
Blend on medium speed for
2 to 3 mints. If you prefer more thin consistency than add more milk. Pour the
avocado smoothie in a glass and enjoy immediately.
5. Spinach Juice
Ingredients

½ Cup Spinach leaves
2
green apples
½
inch Ginger
1
Lemon slice
5-6
fresh Mint Leaves
½ Cucumber
1
cup water
To
prepare this juice take 1 ½ cup of chopped spinach leaves, 5-6 mint leaves,2
green apple ( cut them into small pieces) , ½ inch peeled fresh ginger, 1 large
stalks Celery (optional). Transfer it in a juicer along with 1 cup of water and
blend till smooth, strain the juice using a strainer and add ½ lemon juice over
it. Serve the drink immediately to gain more benefit of nutrients
Drinking spinach juice is
